Adam Burk + Co and Craft, in partnership with the Quimby Family Foundation, have developed BOOST, a model to help lean nonprofit teams identify ways to streamline and amplify their communication efforts, all in service of their mission.
Working with one grantee organization at a time over the course of four + months, we immerse ourselves in the organization’s culture, involve internal stakeholders across disciplines and engage external stakeholders who are impacted by their work. Our work culminates with a report of recommendations and supports enacting one of those recommendations.
Organizations we’ve BOOSTED include Cultivating Community, Hearty Roots, Hills to Sea Trail Coalition, Inland Woods and Trails, Maine 4-H Camps and Learning Centers, Maine Food Convergence, Maine School Garden Network, Maine Farmland Trust, the Mi’kmaq Nation, Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust, Southern Maine Conservation Collaborative, and Teens to Trails.
