Make it meaningful. Why does this matter? To you, to us, to a community, to the planet?

Make it memorable. Small touches leave big impressions.  Mistakes are part of a story. If it's not the way you want to be remembered then change it if you can.

We're not here to tell you you're right. We are here to help you succeed.

We Don't tolerate the unacceptable.

“That’s just the way things are.” is a cop-out.

We Imagine the things We wish existed. We Invite others to dream with Us. We’re scrappy and make them happen.

We ask “how can I help you?” and then “what can we create together?”

Diversity makes us all smarter. Liberation is the goal.

We acknowledge that the United States was founded on the enslavement of one people and the genocide of another. We are actively working to address the harms this creates and perpetuates through being anti-racist everyday.  

We Act like a midwife. We trust our team. We Encourage Each Other. We let each other rest.

We Talk to trees. Listen to the wind. We Always jump in the water. We Let the earth Nourish and heal Us.

Sometimes we get lost so that we can find our way.

We Love what we do and celebrate that with gratitude.

We Draw with crayons. Play with clay. We Lay on the grass and imagine we're looking down at the sky being held by the only home we know.
